A New Name,
An Old Crew
Hayat Balloon Decoration opened in August 2026, out of Newtown, Kolkata. That is genuinely recent, and we would rather you heard it from us than worked it out from the review count.
The name is new; the hands are not. The crew who build our setups have been decorating Kolkata functions for more than 10 years — long enough to know that a third-floor flat needs a different rig to a community hall, that a mukhe bhaat has to be finished before the relatives arrive rather than before the ritual, and that a balloon which has crossed the city in an auto has already lost the shape you paid for.
What that buys you is a setup that is built in your room, sized to your room, and finished before your first guest walks in.

Balloons are inflated and assembled at your address, and the design is sized to the space you actually have rather than to a photograph of somebody else's hall.
On-Time, Every Time
We work backwards from when your first guest arrives, not from when the function starts. Relatives turn up early; the setup is finished before they do.
Your Vision, Our Craft
Tell us the occasion and who it is for and we will suggest two options, not twenty. A wall with five colours on it photographs like a shop.
Transparent Pricing
One figure before we begin, not a range. No setup fee, no labour charge, no clearing charge — the three line items that turn a quote into a bigger bill on the day.
Local Knowledge
Based in Newtown, so Newtown, Rajarhat and Salt Lake are on our doorstep and same-day work is often possible there. We travel across the rest of Kolkata for booked dates.
