The single biggest factor. A bedroom wall and a community hall are different amounts of material before anything else is decided.
How much you want covered
A backdrop alone sits at the floor. Add an arch, ceiling work, a themed corner and a cake table and it is four builds on one booking.
How long the setup runs
Air-filled setups that only need to last an evening cost less to build than work that has to hold for two or three days.
Access and timing
A fourth-floor walk-up takes longer to load in than a ground-floor hall. It rarely changes the price, but tell us the floor so we schedule enough time.
Why there is one number and not a price list
Most decoration sites publish three or four tiers. We could do the same, but the honest position is that the same occasion in two different rooms is two different jobs — different amounts of material, different hours on site — and a tier you would then be quoted outside of is worse than no tier at all. So the floor is published, the things that move it are listed above, and the exact figure comes after we have seen the space.
What is included
Design, balloons and material, transport, the team, the full build on site, and removal of our frames, offcuts and packaging afterwards. There is no separate setup fee, no labour charge and no clearing charge — those are the three line items that turn a quoted figure into a larger bill on the day, and we do not use them.
Getting an exact figure
Send two or three photographs of the space on WhatsApp with the date and the occasion. Photographs tell us more than measurements do, because they show the ceiling height, the light and what furniture cannot be moved. We reply with a fixed quote.

Setups start from ₹1,999. What yours costs depends on the size of the space, how many balloons it takes to fill it and how long the setup runs. A single backdrop in a bedroom and a full hall with an arch, ceiling work and a themed corner are not the same job and are not the same price.
Because a price list for balloon decoration would be fiction. The same occasion in two different rooms is two different amounts of material and two different amounts of time. Rather than publish tiers you would then be quoted outside of, we publish the floor and give you an exact figure once we have seen the space.
Fixed. We quote after seeing photographs of the space, and that number is what you pay. If you add elements after booking we tell you the extra cost before we build them. The one thing we will not do is quote low and revise upward on the day.
Not for the usual areas — Newtown, Rajarhat, Salt Lake, Chinar Park, Baguiati, Kestopur, Lake Town, Dum Dum, Ultadanga, Park Circus, Kasba, Ballygunge and Gariahat are all included. For Howrah, Behala, Barasat and the outer edges we may add a small transport cost on larger setups, and we tell you that up front rather than at the end.
